"I have worked for the company for over 6 years. They say they promote a good work/life balance but do not. You pull a ton of work for little compensation with little to no support from upper management. If you are not bleeding Enterprise, upper management will overlook you. Only positive thing is that having Enterprise on your resume looks GREAT for other employers."

I strongly disagree with what they promote as they frown on any type of employee discrepancy and contain their top performers and dictate where they reside. While they encourage focus groups, honesty, and integrity; they frown upon anything negative you have to say about the work environment."
