"I worked with Enterprise Holdings for almost four years. One of their founding values is we work hard and reward hard work. They also promote the idea of their doors always being open for employees. I strongly disagree with what they promote as they frown on any type of employee discrepancy and contain their top performers and dictate where they reside. While they encourage focus groups, honesty, and integrity; they frown upon anything negative you have to say about the work environment."
