"I have worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car since 2017. The company only promotes from within so it is rewarding when you are promoted because you’ve worked hard for that promotion. It is grueling washing cars in all of the elements and the hours may be long, but the pay does help make up for it."

"I didn't like anything about this job other than it looks good on a resume because other employers know that if you can work long hours for little pay you would be able to do anything."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't work here unless you have no other options. There is a small opportunity to advancement. You will not make any money and you will work long hours 45-50 hrs a week. The turnover rate for 1st year employees is 75% for a reason."

"Long hours, little pay, surrounded by unethical people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have a work life balance and have promotions on more than just sales. The top sales people were the most unethical but management didn't seem to care as long as they were bringing in extra sales."
