"One of my favorite aspects of working for Enterprise is they are fair to their employees across the board. They have managers who deeply care for the wellbeing and happiness of their team members and strive to help them grow professionally. They have a decent commission program in the sales department and decent benefits. They offer ample vacation and sick time off. They are also disability friendly."

"The company provides lots of opportunities for those that work hard and get ahead. It has a relatively young employee base. That makes it a lot of fun to work there. They provide decent benefits. I am constantly challenged at work which keeps me engaged and happy. Overall I feel like the company cares about me as an individual."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be flexible and adaptive. The company will ask a lot of you. The more you can adapt and overcome those challenges the better rewarded you will be. Emphasize your ability to get things done and you will nail the job."

"Management's goals don't always get translated down properly to the lowest level employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I can't speak about running the entire company due to the diversity of our operations. In my department, I would spend more time evaluating the day to day processes than the current department head. Knowing how things work helps understand what it takes to get the job done. That would influence a lot of my decisions."

"Working branch managers 70 hours a week and paying them 45k a year is not very fair. They promise the world and really don't deliver."
