"In 2002, PCS embarked on a crazy business model with the vision to see the future of transportation. I sought the company out to be a part of it; I worked 4 months as phone support while pitching an IT role to them. They accepted, and I was IT Admin for 4 years, until the acquisition."

"If you're ready for a career or long-term commitment, don't be afraid to let your enthusiasm show, even for entry-level positions. EHI at the local levels afford excellent opportunities for growth within the company."
What don't you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?
"As a nonprofit, it suffered, along the way, from many of the management and direction issues that sometimes occur when a great idea reaches the point where the visionary must take a step back from vision, and let the business execs provide method. Compensation, as a struggling nonprofit, was well below standard. EHI solved all this, and offered me a position, but it would have required relocation to Corporate IT in Missouri."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For EHI management now, none except to keep listening to old PCS staff, and member concerns, as they have done. They're aware they're on a new map, despite the surface similarities to standard car rentals. They came in with just what PCS needed."
