"Cisco is a great company to work for and afforded me many opportunities to grow my career both internally and externally. Their training programs and the experience/level of individuals that work with you on a day to day basis is one of the main reasons I worked there for so long. I would highly recommend them as both a starting career and as a long term growth opportunity."

"Too many people at this company think they are special and expect to be treated better than others. They often drop the CEO of the company's name in when they are trying to get what they want, no matter if it is possible or not. If they don't get what they want, they complain, and management gives in and ignores policy in order to make the person happy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the ole boy system of allowing senior employees to be treated like royalty when all they do is take up space and cause problems."
