"Too many people at this company think they are special and expect to be treated better than others. They often drop the CEO of the company's name in when they are trying to get what they want, no matter if it is possible or not. If they don't get what they want, they complain, and management gives in and ignores policy in order to make the person happy."

"Get rid of the ole boy system of allowing senior employees to be treated like royalty when all they do is take up space and cause problems."

"Sometimes they are too tactical and too focused on selling than engineering. Challenges in development hobble engineering."

"I dislike no room for creativity or pushing the envelope, and an ivory tower centralized micromanagement. Come in and do what you are told to do. Don't do more. Do it well and you make average cut, because others did better than you."

"I would spend more money on employee happiness. The perks at Cisco have slowly dwindled over the past 5-10 years. Much of what used to differentiate Cisco from an employee happiness perspective is gone."
