It's not my case since I am direct contract, but for the sub-contractors it's hard to go direct so this usually produces rotation and lack of knowledge within young/recently hired persons. In general, moving up is harder in Mexico than the rest of the corporation due to its singular structure, there are not too much local/decoupled projects to deploy within a wide range of employees. On the other hand, working with other sites and plants, allows you to keep your mind clear and focused on being competitive."

The products were with not innovation, lack of reliability and the employee structure was out of time.
