Management are so afraid of the owner that they will not ask for raises for their employees. The only way to get a raise is to advance to another position or threaten to quit. There's no opportunity for advancement. I was lied to and never received what was promised. If you're looking for a job with flexibility and no future increase in pay, this is the place for you.
