"It is a transnational company with a very good coverage of the market, but the innovation inside of the company is very few, it has to have a lot of changes in the few years. The work environment is quite good, but it gets lost in the organization due the size. Right now they have very good direction, changing the things inside the company with Fiat."

"Wonderful facility with great resources located under one roof."

What don't you like about working at Chrysler?

"Brain and talent drain. Really did not like the contract employee usage. I understood the attractiveness of using purchase services but the overall knowledge drain on the organization was very detrimental."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have a longer term focus, and balance the usage of purchase services. Make sure the employees have annual objectives and their compensation is tied to these objectives (performance compensation). Improve fundamentals of the business. Install robust foundation documents and processes to promote systems thinking and process deliverables."
