"The people, benefits and pay. I felt like I was contributing to the world as far as building a product that was being driven by people all over."

"Wonderful place to work if you have a family."

What don't you like about working at Chrysler?

"The lack of communication between management and union."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen more to the workers. Have an open mind and take the suggestions that are submitted more serious."

"Step back and make sure that this is the field that you want to work in. I love it, but it's not for everyone. If you love what you do for a living, there is nothing better."

"The company became unstable and I felt that by accepting the offered buy-out that I had made the right decision for myself."

"To listen to the operators that perform the daily jobs. They might have suggestions that could save the company time and money."

"The ignorance of management. Not having the components to repair broken or wore out equipment on a proactive basis and a Center Manager that was only focused on cutting cost to enhance her personal bonus. PATHETIC."

"In maintenance management I would go for 70 to 80 days straight without a day off. Due to the inadequacy of my peers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start at the top and fire all yourselves and cronies and let the plants run themselves. Outsource engineering when needed and reduce the layers of upper management that drive up your cost."
