"Selling. I didn't like being pressured by management to sell products/service plans/accessories that were unneeded by the consumer."

"If you mean the BB Management, then I have only one comment. Do not pressure your staff to sell products that do not benefit the end consumer. Instead focus on the needs of the buyer and sell them items that may enhance their purchase and overall buying experience."
