"I have been employed with Best Buy since 2009 and I have been very happy with the overall experience. I have fantastic coworkers and a supportive leadership team. Compensation is fair and quite good for retail. However, it is tough to make a career in retail unless I move into a management position. I'm not sure if the management path is right for me, so I am not sure if I can have a long term career at Best Buy."

"If it's for a sales position, be open to learning opportunities, constructive criticism, and teamwork. And remember the basic sales process: C.A.R.E. - Contact (10 foot/10 second rule), Ask questions (basic, exploring, and narrowing), Recommend (the total solution), and Encourage the customer to buy!"

"The company demands a lot from its employees and doesn't pay them an adequate wage for the job."

"Invest yourselves in your employees. If you are loyal to them, they will be loyal to you."
