"I worked all the time, sometimes off the clock and never felt appreciated."
What do you like about working at Burger King?
"It was close to my house. Some of the people I worked with I got along with well."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you get the maximum amount you can when starting, because they do not give raises. You can get between 32-36 for assistant, 40-43 for RGM, and 9-12.50 an hour for hourly manager."
What don't you like about working at Burger King?
"The upper management at Burger King tries to manage with fear. They always threaten your job and only look out for themselves. They always set unreasonable goals and don't congratulate you when you do a good job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Appreciate the people that spend more time in the workplace than their own home. Always threatening someone's job is not the way to get the best results."
What do you like about working at RadioShack?
"I really don't like anything about working at Radio Shack."

"I would not advise an individual to interview at Radio Shack."

"None of the employees care enough to do their jobs correctly, management has unrealistic expectations, and the pay is not adequate."

"I would work harder to relate to my customer base."

"When interview for this company please be advised of the handbook and utlize it if need be. Some management will take advantage of the fact that employees do not know what they recieve for being an employee and what they can use if any issues arise."

"Some issue that have happened with me in the past were not delt with in a proper manner as required."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When some issue arise do not try and sweep them under the rug because in the long run they will hurt the company in the long run, as well as the store."

"Working 3rd shift and working drive through. Drive through would lock me in a position to where I couldn't care of front counter customers the way I should."
