"It is great for those just starting out and wanting a full time or even a part time management position. If you desire to stay in a retail environment it is one of the more laid back companies to work for."

"I don't see myself making a career there, I am comfortable there but it isn't rewarding or fulfilling."

"I would ask more direct input from the ones who are in the stores and know what is driving the business and I would stop wasting money on things that don't need to be constantly changed, such as marketing."

"It gets me through the day and a paycheck at the end of the week. The job can become very boring if it is a bad time of the year."

"Stop, turn back before you board a sinking ship with the worst captain."

"Its dragging, the work seems to repeat itself day after day with no end in sight. The atmosphere seems lacking in any positive manor."

"I would focus more primarily on the customer and less on the way things are done. The CEO is always trying to micromanage the way thing are done so he can keep the most money at the end of the day."
