"not pretty much, but if you wanna be my positon, you should be patient as mush as possible."

"Dress well. It is unbelievable how many people interview at a clothing store with very sloppy unkept looking clothes on."

"I only get part tiem hours, and I recieve no benefits."

"Upper managment needs to give each store more payroll hours each week."

"GE has a competitive environment which always reqires employees to take initiatives, and imaginatory way to solve problems. Everyone could get opportunity to lead the project and perform their bests. When facing difficulties, we have smooth communication among different functions and make fast decision to solve them."

"Aggressive, know more about GE's history, and equips you with challenge questions"

"The business is not very stable in China, hence a high turnover rate in GE Capital China."

"It was a very upbeat environment, and I really liked the overall vibe of the company. I also liked running the shifts and took pride in my labor and sales goals."

"Come dressed for success, and have a good attitude. The way people are notice are not by what they say, but how they say things and how they present themselves."
What don't you like about working at Fuddruckers?
"In the end they closed down my location and gave no notice. I would of liked the respect of being told in advance."

"A better enforcement of polices, and overall work ethic because some managers would let little things slide, but the little things are what are often needed the most."

"They would put a freeze on vacation time in the summer - which was hard on the agents"

"Accountability was lacking, Leadership was lacking. All direct managers were hands off and not available if necessary."

"Lots of false promises. The district manager doesn't get anything done."

"For District management, If you expect your employees to work hard, don't feed them with false promises. Communicate better with staff and get things done."

"Shapell is a place whenever I like to keep my head down, relax my throat, no need to use my brain and still can collect my paycheck every other Friday."

"Don't apply for any job with Shapell Homes unless you desperately need a dead end job!"
What don't you like about working at Shapell Homes?
"Heavy office politics. Managers steal your ideas, if they can't, they will find a way to get rid of you because you are threatening their positions since you are too smart. Common practice for Shapell to get rid of talented employees - push down to do lower priorities, no brainer works, telling you constantly that you are incapable to handle more complicated tasks, get you frustrated enough to look for jobs elsewhere."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"New leaders should be able to identify who are good managers, do not trust those older managers (25 years+ in Shapell) whatever they say. We were warned not to talk to the Board Members, CEO, CFO, nor any new upper management. Those older managers always promote whoever are incapable, non-opinionated, ass-kissing employees. They gang up together to protect each other, hide information in order to make themselves more valuable to the new upper management. Certain employees were pushed to leave the company when they had been found having conversations with CEO. They always try to give excuses to get rid of those smart, talented employees who voice and delicate themselves to improve production, minimize costs to increase profits. Unfortunately, those older managers simply take credits from their fellow employees' works and claim as theirs."

"Once you get passed drama in the workplace pretty easy work. You build professional relationships with the customer that are enjoyable."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Dont expect a raise even if your told to expect one, if interviewing for a part timer looking for full time down beleive them when they say your guarnteed a full time spot."
What don't you like about working at Enviro-Clean?
"Very disorganized, Expensive healthcare, no wage increases, Managers with little or no experience in the field are hired, not to much promoting from within, HR is kind of rude, at times understaffed, not the greatest equipment, short on resources and equipment, high expectations and little support, not alot of positive reinforcment, poor communication, lack of leadership training, lack of any training, so much drama and gossip amoung employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"dont lie to employees, build raises into contracts, work towards better equipment, and try some positive re-enforcment once in a while."

"I like the people I work with,like most of the customers hate everything else"

"find something else to do,unless you like a lot of stress low pay and long hours."
What don't you like about working at O'Reilly Auto Parts?
"long hours low pay demanding customers and bosses,expect you get everything done with little to no staffing,and no matter how good your store is doing they always want more more more."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"First of all I would hire knowledgable people, pay them a wage they could actually live on and make sure the stores have adequate staffing so that all required tasks could be completed without some of the tms working 60 to 70 hours a week to complete them."
