"huge disapointment"
What do you like about working at Great Clips?
"NOTHING, it has been restructured and sucks now, pay is too low! And they cap your pay after a certain amount so you don't even want to to work there past that point."

"DON'T WORK THERE!! There are so many other great places to work, Sports Clips is awesome, I have a friend who loves it there!"

"The GM, the Manager, the bad schedule! They are strictly numbers driven, sell retail no matter what or you are written up and reprimanded!"

"STOP hiring people who have worked in every salon in town!"

"The long hours because I was an assistant manager, and interim manager, I was in charge of every single details. I did not have a head teller, I was automacally in charge of the vault as well. On top of that I was in charge for security and training and caoching. I was multitasking sometime I am a teller and head teller , loan officer, assistant manager,security officer, manager, and notary public..."

"Be in control, implement change, delegate, showing soft skills be competant, be a leader"

"Interview elsewhere, don't believe what you are told about hours you will work 60-70 hours with zero additional compensation and very little appreciation."

"Being a part of a test store, we were subjected to many corporate experiments in store layouts and operational processes which hurt our store sales"

"JPMorgan Chase and Co. sold the business and didn't tell us it was coming until two months before the site was closed."
