"no problems, I am very happy at my previous company"
"I'm a highly experienced sales leader who possesses a fully quantifiable, sales, operations and business development background building, cultivating, and developing highly productive sales teams and leaders. I am highly accomplished and can provide proven metrics of increasing revenues, per employee production, profitability, and customer service KPI’s in highly competitive B2B, B2C, multiunit, in-house and remote environments."
"The company is great if you are a true salesman and expert at up-selling everyone every time. If you are a client support partner and always looking out for what is best for the client, you will do fine, but you will NEVER be praised for saving multi-million dollar accounts or fixing month long service issues. The only ones who advance are the top sellers and schmoozer's. The good honest agent will be compensated well, but never recognizes for doing what is right. The GUI systems for all phone support agents is pathetic and laughable. The company gets work done by the sheer will of the employees and their determination to "make it work". If anything the propriety software to aid in CRM and sales holds you back from doing your job and contributes to higher CHT."
"I worked for AMEX almost 2.5 years as contractor, work life balance is very good, good leadership."
