"At 12601 Corporate Lake Dr, Fort Myers FL, 33913. They continue to allow sexual harassment to happen because they decide to take the Team Manager's word over the regular agent due to the fact they think their managers their untouchable. Harassment and Discrimination Page 27 on their policy handbook stated that if we were to come forward about being a victim of harassment they would not tolerate it and handle the issue. A team manager is still on going his career of being a manager at Alorica.inc with numerous counts and altercations with him harassing multiple women. More than half of the Alorica female associates would attempt to go to HR or Corporate about the situation but because he is a Team Manager he thinks he is untouchable."

"Worst company I ever work for. This company is writing people up for being sick with the flu and is allowing other workers to come in sick with the flu, people are scared to stay home because they do not want to lose their job."

"Would not recommend working there. They hire off the street paying more than they do loyal employees-leads. They did not care... in my opinion."

"I've been with them a long time and have really good stats. But I won't move up even though the team leads know I'm capable just because I won't suck up to the person in charge. It's all about brown nosing and the guy in charge has promoted several people that go to the same church as him even though there were better people. The politics of the place and people in charge is horrible. Some people can practically get away with murder and yet I can be a little high on after call work and I get jumped on. If you want to move up by what you can do and not by how much butt you can kiss, if you have morals, stay away. I've also never had a raise and will have been there 3 years soon."

"Alorica in Cutler Bay is the worst company to work for. They actually had me and my friends show up for training and then decided to send us all back home because it was over-packed, talk about so unprofessional, the women in there are more worried about the fake name brand shoes and they keep now, it seems to be more worried about that, they work for a sorry-ass company, the managers there are so illiterate, it's like you have to kiss their ass if they are on the job and then to be more worried about who's more qualified, it's the worst place to work, they talk about attendance and people they know there have been longer than you stay there instead of you, I'm glad that I'll be leaving this company very soon but I would advise anyone not to work for this company because this company will have you going through a lot and it's better not to work for this company at all, there's better companies to work for."

"Please stay away!!! This job is a joke. They tell you when they first hire you that they can replace you right away as 123. You have to stress and worry about your overall close rate if you're below goal. They will take your hard earned commission away! This is called stealing. They treat us like kids, not to mention it's like we are in a prison. They send you home when you don't meet their goals or over all close rate. This place is dirty and nasty. AT&T pays Alorica $16.00 an hour for each one of us, but yet they only pay us $9.00 and hour. The TM's (which are the team managers) the guys are always flirting with the girls, and you even see employees sleeping!!! While others are on the phone taking calls. Oh, and if you don't say what you're supposed to on your call then they will give you an autofail and again they will keep 100% of your commission. This is wrong and unfair. Then they change your speed without asking you or telling you, so if you get back to back calls and if they are transfer calls, or if a person has to pay an upfront fee to start their service and they don't buy, then this is also used and held against us, so our close rate and numbers suffer. Don't bother applying here. It's not worth your time. We are only a number to them."

"This is the worst company to work for in Georgia. I was hired to be a trainer, never happened. They stuck me on the phones and I never got the position I was hired for. They only pay $9.00 an hour and want "exceptional customer service". They take $4.00 off of your hourly (The client pays$13) and get upset if you don't stay on the call for 750 seconds because they want to bill the client for the entire 750. Management is a joke, the site director is so arrogant, he tells you in meetings you are disposable, and curses at you. The training manager is an ice queen, not approachable whatsoever. I'm STILL waiting on my bonus after 3 months! They treat employees like slaves. Surveys you have no control over will determine if they fire you. This place is just horrible all around, save your time and apply elsewhere."

"I worked at this site, they really make this place seem like a great place to work until you really get to know how they really are... no raises, no way of advancement, management sucks, they gossip more than the employees, they show favoritism in all ways, you get fired over anything. I know someone got fired because they had an emergency call and took too long to come back to the production floor according to the operation manager who has emergencies all the time. She fired the lady who didn't miss days or had no write ups. She called it call avoidance, a term they use a lot. Also, another person she fired for having to take a call from her child's school. You would think she would understand that, being she has kids. This place definitely is a joke, pay you $10 an hour to do all this work but the place they're doing the work for pays $13, also other companies that do the same work pay more than Alorica. No good benefits so basically they get paid good for you to be there but you don't get the money. You're just a number to them, not caring about you or your family. Claim they're here for you, not true, for themselves. You're better off going to the real companies that do this same work. Just this past month alone half the staff for this Optum rx program has quit, been fired or going to quit, and they are hiring because no one wants to be treated unfairly and making this little bit of money they give. When they fire someone everyone knows about it, they bring a box to your desk, get your belongings in front of other employees to make you embarrassed. One manager say she likes to see the embarrassment on people's faces... but yet this is good practice of a good company... go somewhere else with better opportunities and better practices... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS ITS ONLY TEMPORARY."

"Working with this company was a very horrible experience. First of all since this company took over it has cheated employees out of 2.00 salary... get deviations for any little thing. Employees should get paid a lot more based on the position requires you to act like a pharmacist, be a customer service advocate and a insurance agent. For the customers this company sucks. It is robbing members out of their pockets for their medications and health benefits. The customers call you and treat you so rudely and you have to put up with their nasty attitudes..There is so much drama in the workplace. Employees dress in an unprofessional manner. Bedbugs on the job. Training classes were very poor. When you first get on the production floor you have no knowledge at all about the job. This company is so unorganized. Members have to go through so much to obtain their medications. The process is ridiculous. I don't understand how they manage to stay in business this long. Management and Supervisors were unaware of most of the job procedures. How did they get their positions? Customers are always calling to opt out of the mail service or have anything at all to do with Optum Rx. The system would freeze during calls and placing orders. The equipment used for the job was very faulty. For me this was a bad experience overall. Something needs to be done about this company. I was not satisfied after being employed there at all."

"I have worked there for over 4 years. Alorica took over another company. Prior to taking over the company we would get paid for holidays but only if you were scheduled to work on that date. Once they took over the other company, they still closed the business for the holiday but they did not pay the employees. Then to make matters worse if you were scheduled to work on that day but were given off due to the holiday. They forced the employee to work on one of their days off."

"HR Manager stated that I could not report my managers for harassment after I complained about the music - song choices with lyrics degrading and offensive to females, also racially and religiously offensive blared through call floor speaker system controlled by ops managers and select managers. Despite complaints no corrective actions or investigations were done. Because I complained I was treated differently than before I complained. After attempting to report thru chain of command I was told I could not complain anymore or I would be fired and given a final warning and unjustly fired. There was no access to any way of documenting or reporting the harassment, and no process or procedure for reporting harassment if it's the managers doing it. Have training CLASSES for this so doesn't happen again, take appropriate ACTION and preventative measures to keep from a hostile work environment. Also don't wrongfully terminate."

"Ok... this company sucks... no advancement whatsoever. Their clients Waste Management and OptumRx are extremely frugal and refuse to upgrade any of their computers. They are still using DOS from 83'. People are nasty especially the ladies in OptumRx, that refuse to get off their asses and help their advocates. The training department is run by an incompetent, illegal alien... she doesn't have a clue on how to manage a bunch of drama queens. Overall, it's not worth going to work there every day being depressed because the work environment is all about clicks, gangs and hood rats. If you're interested in being back in high school environment, this is your place!!!"
