"DO NOT WORK HERE This company hired me to be a help desk agent and I was excited to get into the role. After a week and a half of going back and forth putting in paperwork that was required, I was abruptly told I no longer had a job. I put in my two weeks' notice at my current job and was supposed to start at Alorica on a Monday. The week before I started I got an email on Tuesday stating that they no longer needed me. My very last day at my current job was supposed to be the following day, I had to beg to get my job back so I wasn't left without one. Do not work for this company they are shady to say at best and will just cut you loose without any warning."

"Chuck Price Alorica. I started my journey with Alorica because of the great things I read on the website and the diverse nature of the job. My experience has been very bitter because I have a trainer who cares more about his opinions rather than the material. He often will read all through the material and doesn't have a flow with the material either. I didn't get a high school reaction from him when I had to take an important call from my family. Regardless of working from home, one should be able to step outside, Mute, or go away for a min to take a quick call. He tells you that you can't chew anything but yet will take 5-7 mins break himself to go grab water. Management needs to address this as it comes off as controlling. My advice will be to find someone who is keen to respect and support the hard work of the company rather than his opinions that doesn't matter to the owners. We thrive to work hard to make this country the best in the world but with people like this, it is almost impossible. I hope that this can be improved because the owners of the company have put in hard work creating jobs and trying to better people's lives."

"Alorica runs multiple business lines but the common denominator is that they will not reward exceptional work."

"If you want a steady rank-and-file job, this is it. However, considering the pandemic the office site is not the cleanest. The "janitor" walks around spreading and cleaning DURING office hours instead of waiting to do a thorough cleaning while agents are not present. Top management does not care; any request made will be unapproved. The immediate supervisors are very nice. But they are micro-managed by the top executive who is a soulless being. The computers are old as dust, and no luck moving up unless you're clicked in as a favorite."
