"I've worked for a few contractors with Aerotek I certainly appreciate the personal touch frequent contact to check and see how you are doing staying involved with their clients, showing genuine concern. This is by far one of the best temp agencies I've had the pleasure of working for. I started working with Aerotek in 2012 and has had somewhat steady contracts. If I had to rate Aerotek they would come highly recommended."

"Worked for Aerotek since Dec 2013 and it's been hit and miss. It really depends on the recruiter's drive to place you at a good company. Most places just like to cycle people through without caring to hire. The pay varies from company to company... like I said, it's hit or miss. Try and get a good recruiter to place you with a strong company if you are looking for serious work."

"Aerotek recruiters tend to forget who you are and have a very poor sense of references."

"I've been here for over 6 months, in a pool of contract workers where the managers who work for the company hiring us out, keep telling me that they like having me around, but keep hiring others. I have no intention of sticking around if they do not intend to hire me. Good guys, but full of smoke."

"Aerotek is a contractor and I was hired out to Navy FCU as a processor. Loved working for Navy but being a contractor made it easy for Navy to release you. You do get opportunities to become full time with Navy by your work performance. I had hard time getting used to the Navy routine by not having access to underwriters and closer. I was used to having contact with them."

"I've worked for Aerotek since 2011 as a Technical Recruiter. It's a great place to get experience after college (as they often hire recent grads), but I wouldn't consider it a career. They expect you to eat, sleep, and drink Aerotek and if you don't, then you aren't committed."

"I've worked contracted through Aerotek for over 7 months and I'm still on hand to be called back for future work, the agency does their best with what they are given, though they could use some improvement with position advancement to keep up morale and motivation."
