"I've worked with Aerotek for just about over a year. It is a great place to start your journey in Talent Acquisition, however, if you don't see yourself doing Sales long term & would rather go the Recruiting route, this isn't the company for you. Recruiting is an entry-level position within Aerotek that everyone starts at, however, the goal internally is to promote you to an account manager as soon as possible for business development purposes."
"Aerotek was my first job out of college. Aerotek does a phenomenal job at leadership development and pushing people out of their comfort zone. In my role as a recruiter I have had the ability to wear many hats as I have performed full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and account management. I am held to extremely high standards and metrics every single week from daily call volume and weekly submittal goals."
"I've been working with Aerotek for the past 3.5 years and I wouldn't change my experience for the world. Aerotek prides itself on developing people professionally and personally to make sure they will succeed in all aspects of life. Aerotek has taught me self-discipline, perseverance, and hard work pays off. I am so grateful to have had such a great experience with them but ready for the next chapter of my career."
"Overall Aerotek was a great platform and learning ground to understand the recruitment world. I was advancing quickly and they sent me to advance training within a few months. After doing so I grew exponentially as a recruiter and eventually became a top recruiter. Thanks to Aerotek in less then a year I feel confident I can recruit any type of engineer in any skillset. They did not catch me a fish to eat, they taught me how to fish."
"Its a great company to work for. I have met some amazing people here who will be my long term friends."
"Im in a temp company.. But company is great in every aspects"
"This is a temporary position"
"A great opportunity to learn B2B sales."
"Aerotek is a good company that primarily works with temporary and full time positions depending on the customers need."
"I’ve only worked for Aerotek for a short time, but the people & atmosphere are great! Staffing agencies are usually tough to work for, but the people you deal with make it worth it!"
"I have worked for Aerotek since 2016. The staff is friendly and helpful, and always willing to assist whenever asked. The training provided was excellent which made for a great opportunity"
"Company mission to bring great people and organizations together and make them successful seemed to be accomplished in a project oriented environment."
"I worked as an hourly assembly worker from 2002-2007 at the Ford Assembly Plant, in Claycomo, Missouri. I have recently returned as a Supervisor, April 1, 2019. The hours are 10-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. Not much time for family."
"Aerotek was great in the beginning when I was looking for a job. Within the first week I got a job via them, they dropped me like a hot potato. Unfortunately my contract ended on 30 August 2019, however I was not informed by Aerotek until 02 Sept 2019, although I had initiated emails since 05 Aug 2019 for my recruiter to investigate regarding what was going on with my contract to permanent job. They handled that unprofessionally, I was not able to retrieve my personal items from the company I was working for, because I was unaware of my termination till after the effective date. When someone from Aerotek went to grab it for me on 04 Sept 2019, I was told I will not be able to retrieve it from them until Friday, 13 Sept 2019 because they forgot to keep it in the office and that employee is away. Although my recruiter was aware that I would be retrieving my personal items on 09 Sept 2019 or 10 Sept 2019. This recruiting company was great initially, but definitely dropped the ball and became unprofessional towards me afterwards."
"I have worked for Aerotek for over a year now and they are a great company to work for! They have positions in a number of various industries and have offices all over the world! It was one of my first jobs out of school and I highly recommend working for their company."
