"Working with Aerotek gave me the opportunity to find 2 jobs that helped me grow and learned alot of new things. They gave me options when searching for a job and gave me details on each job. It was good working with them and I wouldn't cross them off my list in the future."
"Great company in regards to building the necessary skills to compete in the recruiting world."
"I worked with Aerotek for 5 years. This organization's core values are strong and the company as a whole drives its guiding principles from both the top down, and the bottom up. Any individual seeking an entry level job that they can leverage into a long term career or help to build their resume for future endeavors would be well served to begin their journey at Aerotek. Once on board and successful in the company it will take hard work, persistence, and dedication to remain at the top with this organization. This company is what you personally make of it. Your ability to not only drive your own career, but to help others become successful along side you will be imperative in a long term desire to stay with Aerotek. If one is individually successful at Aerotek, but does not have a great team working with them, then that individual will have the skills and resume to find what they are looking for in another organization."
"Please review my elevator write up and resume. I am very willing to have a conference call via Skype, Webinar or which ever instrument utilized by your team (at your convenience) to go into further detail."
"I must say you would enjoy working with aerotek"
"There is a huge lack of communication. Employees are underpaid and over worked."
"I’ve worked for Aerotek and it has been a great experience"
"Aerotek provided a great opportunity in terms of a professional work assignment. Aerotek also provides a more comprehensive benefits package than any other placement agency that I have worked with. Aerotek's benefits started on day 1."
"Have worked for Aerotek since 10/2020. Recruiting managers have good communication, but are poor in helping you resolve issues."
"Aerotek sent men with anger issues to a manufacturing plant. If they actually showed up for work, [they had a 50% absenteeism on average] they cussed out female supervisors, refused simple directives and refused to cover breaks for females. These temps would only submit to males and give breaks without back talk because those men went to their face. These temps had 50% show up rate and some had to be escorted out by security. Whenever we try to actually hire the ones that have good work and attendance, it is discovered their background checks [including violence and hard drugs] do not meet company requirements and they are terminated. If they actually pass a background check they are fired for absenteeism within 90 days. In conclusion: this company does not provide dependable background checks and will allow people with anger issues into your company and those angry people will hurt people. This is getting posted on LinkedIn. The company that I work for is terrific and ratings are not against them, only against Aerotek for their negligence in unacceptable back ground checks; thus allowing people with anger issues to infiltrate and disrupt sound organizations."
