"When you sign a contract with Aerotek, make sure you have a cash buyout if they decide they don't need you after three or four months. Otherwise, they will just let you go. Also, if you are older, say over 45, they will keep you until they can find someone younger and at a lower rate."

"Management needs to convey more specific details on what they expect from their employees."
