"I've worked for Aerotek for over a year and a half now. Overall it's a decent entry level position if you're looking for a job straight out of college. I was able to gain some valuable experience with Microsoft Office products, especially excel and access, as well as PeopleSoft."

What do you like about working at Aerotek?

"The compensation is fair. They are flexible with hours, due to the fact that it is a contract position. They understand most employees are seeking permanent employment and allow for time for interviews."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Understand that most of the time, if something doesn't make much sense, there isn't really anything you can do about it. The management doesn't understand much about the actual process of the lower positions and doesn't take the time to listen and realize there is probably a much better way to get things done."

What don't you like about working at Aerotek?

"I don't like not having job security. I also don't like that there is not very much room for advancement. A company is only going to promote a contract employee so far."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to work on organization and communication between the departments."
