"Make sure you do your expense as soon as they occur, and keep on the customer support person about getting your expenses paid back to you."

"When it came to my expense report, they took too long getting back to me, and I didn't get paid for all of my expenses."

"Make sure your offices are showing courtesy and respect to their clients, and that the recruiters stay in touch with their consultants."
