"Initially I like the management but the restrictions and micromanagement become so overly oppressive over time that I no longer did."

"great training provided but terrible job security - worked there for 2 years and collections went from 270 down to 80 employees."

"Working for the company, I quickly determined how many more resources they are not taking advantage of. I was able to bring this up with the CEO and they later rolled out my suggestions."

"Nestle was not caught up with the technology times. There was a lot of daily minutia to get bogged down in."

"I would suggest updating their software as well as training the sales team on different closing strategies."

What do you like about working at emedia?
"I was able to run my campaigns and go about my daily work as I saw fit. The management team would only step in if they saw an issue starting to develop and would help me resolve the problem and teach me how to prevent it from happening in the future. The culture was great. People were allowed to speak their mind and work at their own pace. Almost everyone was willing to help each other in every department (sales, creative, tech, etc.)."

"It's a great company to work for. Be yourself because any front you put up will eventually be uncovered in your day-to-day interactions."

"I liked most aspects of working for this company. The only qualm I had was that we could have used more resources to find new clients."

"Try and keep up with trends in online marketing in addition to sales."
