"In a few short words... Politely thank the recruiter or hiring manager then ask them why there are so many pathetic and consistently horrible reviews all over the internet for this company... Wait for answer then go home and keep looking for another sales position."
What don't you like about working at School Specialty?
"Its a bad place to work to advance any sales career. You can and are terminated without cause under the guise of at will and given no notice, no reason, no nothing for your unjustified termination! I would discourage any qualified sales professional to seriously consider passing on a job offer with this company-- dont get desperate to work for this company... There is so much better out there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take lots and lots of advanced management courses -- just because you have CEO after your name doesnt mean you know squat about running a company and especially in the case of School Specialty-- how to work with people! Get a clue or sink with your outdated, antiquated ship!"
What do you like about working at Stryker?
"The ability to make a financial and environmental impact on healthcare. I really enjoyed being a position to launch a new concept into healthcare, and watching the concept grow into an acceptable, common practice in hospitals and surgery centers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You must be willing to learn a variety of devices, specialties, and manufacturers in order to be effective in this role. This requires excellent time management, excellent organization, and excellent communication as well as consistent follow-up/follow-through."
What don't you like about working at Stryker?
"The job was extremely challenging at first, as we had to overcome the perception of inferior products, and the idea of using a product that was previously used. This process made our job challenging."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management for the most part did a good job of allowing the Account Managers to run their book of business like their own business. There was quite a bit of micro-managing (reporting) that was required, and there were constant requests to duplicate work on various forms created by individual managers."

"I believe that FujiFilm makes world class products and has some of the best technology in the industry."

"Not really they are a great company with just a few week people in management."

"The manager I reported to was not as responsive as I needed and often times would not return phone calls or emails."

"When working with a team things should be equitable for all members on the team and all members on the team should have opportunities."

"Selling consumables over distribution management. When you sell you earn a greater income."

"Micro management. Too many meetings having nothing to do with the work necessary."

"The products of the communications providers are very convaluded and I have a difficult time in understanding the Telecom world"
