"not much of an opportunity to make money with the system set up the way it is now"

"implement more of a training program. try and figure out a partner model that will benefit everyone."

"I loved the small corporate structure and that I knew everyone"

"The company dissolved and is out of business, but it was a great place to learn the industry."

"The pay was not commensurate with the hours I worked or the time put in."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since the company sold its shares and went out of business, I don't have anything to suggest."
What do you like about working at iStream Health?
"I was not micro managed. Goals were set weekly and I reached them. Wasn't super high in stress other than competing to reach your goal. I liked it. However I did get bored and didn't feel challenged enough for me to stay interested and stimulated."

"Be ready for this to only be a salaried job. NO matter how much work you do or numbers you reached don't push yourself cause they won't honor anything when you reach and surpass goals."
What don't you like about working at iStream Health?
"They never followed through with providing us commissions. I was supposed to receive commissions on sales I was never given any in two years I worked for them. They continually would try to keep us motivated but would promise things they never would follow through with. Very demotivating atmosphere!!!!!"

"Not promise things that never came to pass. Keep team motivated by following through with promises. Always keep the team motivated by doing things to motivate them."

"It could be too large and decisions were made on the east coast, removed from the world here on the west coast."

"Increase sales staff so they can saturate the market. Find ways to improve their product offering."

"Not a place to work if you are looking for any self gratification. The workload can be piled on, but the pay will not unless you belong to the club."

"If this is your only option then I would consider continuing your search. Bliss is not as word commonly used at this company."

"The leadership is lacking the people skills to get production out of their employees. The less they say the less they can get blamed for their failures. It's easier for them to pass the buck to others and let them go when the company struggles. Not detail oriented, smooth talking, untrustworthy, boys club."

"Care about the employees and ditch the god complex! You get much more production out of people when you show a little interest."

"Good direct team and leadership from the Boulder, Colorado office. Good base pay."

"Avoid it unless you can get a remote sales position. Remote Agency, MGA, and Carrier sales are the only positions worth having."

"In the companies current state of disarray, I wouldn't feel comfortable seeking a career here."

"Managing owner family is very controlling and intrusive. Employees are not trusted. If your opinion or ideas differ from the owner or family and you speak up there will be repercussions - they always seem to be experts in all subjects and do not make mistakes."

"Value and be appreciative of your staff and what they do. I have witnessed valuble people suppressed, resented and even forced to leave the company because of the owners ego. We need more product and service training to selling it."

"I had the opportunity to motivate people to buy products. I won a trip to Crested Bute for high sales."

"The key to be succesful at Dentsply is to motivate Doctors to buy products used for root canal therapy."

"Unfortunately, there's no room to move up the corporate ladder."

"Be very professional. Show that you have a sense of humor and you are ambitious, but do not let your guard down for a second."

"Little to no training, nebulous contracts for both customer and employees that changed in the middle of the agreement, and a lack of company culture."
