"The branch manager I worked for she was horrible."
What do you like about working at Staffmark?
"I enjoyed the clients that I supported. I enjoyed putting people to work and helping them. Some of my co workers were great to work with. Others you could tell they didnt care and were only there for a paycheck."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"None. Other then if you do not want a monthly bonus then go work there. If you want to work for good managers and recwive a bouns go to another company."
What don't you like about working at Staffmark?
"I did not like the management. It seemed like no one knew their job. The receuiters had to do the job of the branch manager. There is no bonus for the people you place. Instead it is based on other stupid stuff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn how to do yout job. Stop talking about other people so much. Learn how to sell and learn what it takes to make your branch a success instaed of making your recruiters jobs so hard all the time."
What do you like about working at Infogroup?
"Only the paycheck inspires me to get out of bed in the morning."

"run away - there are better companies to work for"

"Stale management, that manages with threats, intimidation and overt favoritism"

"Foster a culture of team work rather than adversarial relationships"

"Utilized executive selling skills to build account relationships at the CxO/SVP/VP level while engaging tactically at the business executive and staff level within divisional or department IT initiatives."

"Be prepared to hit the ground running and be very flexible to adapt to shifting priorities."

"In an effort to achieve 30% growth, sometimes leadership seemed to have competing priorities and agendas."

"Expand training regime. Provide more complete departmental integration. Trust in the employees sales plan."

"Poor company culture and very little mentoring from upper management."

"Devise an etirely new management reporting system to set appropriate goals"

"The talented people all around me. They are some of the best in the business, but senior management needs to take a reality pill."

"Don't go there unless you're desperate and need benefits. You do get reduced cable/high sped internet.The salary is below way below $30k but that was the lowest option on the previous page. Use them like they're going to use you. If you're a superstar rock out the first two years then move on to a new company, because they'll just keep lowering your commission every year, year after year after year and double your budget. Great for TW terrible for the employee."
What don't you like about working at Time Warner?
"The upper management has no idea how to treat employees and not just give themselves a raise. Always changing things so much you can't keep up. Too many products to sell and not enough money. Too much stress."

"Listen to the person hiring you and be patient. The company will promote you if you are qualified and dependable. Those who complain about never getting a raise probably do not deserve it or are in an area that the company just can't fiscally afford to pay you an extra 10K a year."

"Have traveled to many areas in the past six months and only negative I've seen is some of the regional managers do not have the courage to cut ties with employees who are not the best."

"Unless you are okay with being treated like a sub-par performer and are continually asked to do more for the same pay, I'd keep looking. You will be always looked upon like the lowest common demonator. This company hasn't learned it's lesson yet. You don't treat people like yesterdays newspaper, and expect them to perform at a high level....Period!"

"Arrogance. Top down negative culture driven from the mistakes they've made. Severe lack of leadership from the middle ranks. Seems like everthing turns into a fight."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Loose the arrogance, a company that has lost over 1.6 billion dollars in the past two years has NOTHING to be proud of (yes, the C-level execs gave themselves a bouns for this performance). Stop blaming the people downstream for your bad decisions, you are far from perfect."
