What do you like about working at Laserfiche?
"Fun and youthful group of co-workers. Once you get to know them, they mingle with you well on and offline. Game room. There's a whole section set up for entertainments for you to play pool, pingpong, table football. You can enjoy them any time during lunch and after work. Free lunch. All you can eat buffet style lunches from sandwiches, chinese food and carne asada."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just be true to who you are. Charm the HR with your great personal and be confident about the knowledge you have."
What don't you like about working at Laserfiche?
"All the management wants to be a king in their own right which ends up creating tons of internal conflicts. There's a lack of clear direction for those beneath them, they are not afraid to turn back on their words and blame you for it. You have an alpha female running an authoritarian family business. They train you to be good little gamma delta minions and hope you stay as minions. High turnover rate across the board as a result of built up frustration and lack of management care."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do some self assessment as to why the company has such a high turnover. Chances are, it's not the staff's fault. Stop micromanaging and let people develop their own style of handling and presenting things. Listen to the opinions of your team more and actually care about the feedback they provide you. A king alone can't fight a war, he needs an army of EXPERIENCED and LOYAL soldiers to help him win the war. No soldier wants to work for a tyrannical king."

"Flexiable hours and Management Support are the main reason Why I'm still working there"

"Yes, look and choose wisely. Small company so you might end up working extremely hard but will not be able to close business due to the comapny not having preferred Insurance companies."
What don't you like about working at Insurance 4 All?
"No career advancements opportunities in the near future. Very small company."

"get appointed by Preferred Companies in order to be competitive with the big companies"

"Salary was good for the industry. That's it. Nothing else."

"Do not take this job unless you don't have a family to support and you don't feel like keeping a job is very important in your career path."

"The people that I worked with were the most awful people I have ever worked with in all my life.. Unprofessional doesn't even come close to describing the nightmare I went through."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you do somehow someday read this, please take what I say seriously and wash yourself in these words. Do not put one more sales person in that territory under that management. They will fail. You will fire them and that horrible cycle will continue as it has twice before me (and they only been there around 3-4 years). Now I know why."

"Working with people and managing accounts and traveling for business."

"If you work hard you will have a job for life. However, recognize that pay is below industry standard and advancement is slow going."

"In order to succeed and grow more rapidly the company would be better served by looking at new ideas and welcoming input from newer employees with different perspectives."

"Improve morale by showing employees we care about their contributions and respect their opinions."

"I work around some of the best sales people I have ever seen!"

"The CEO is a very practical person. In order to make an impression on him it is important to give him practical answers pertaining to specific tasks and to stay away from theories and ideals."
What don't you like about working at InnoVest Inventors Club?
"Very little upward mobility. Another thing I didn't like so much is the staggering amount of cold calling I have to do on the daily basis. Though, I know that this also made me into a much more effective producer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I feel that the managers are some of the best sales people I have ever seen and, I don't feel that it is my place to give them advice, other than perhaps to get better quality coffee for the break room."

What do you like about working at eInstruction?
"Pretty much the only thing I enjoyed would be the coworkers. We bonded through the hatred of the company. Every time they did something that showed they don't value their employees, we'd vent with each other. Everyone was searching for new opportunities. It was toxic."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you value your sanity and want to work for a place that you won't dread going to every M-F, chose another company . No matter the location, AZ, OH, international, or the closed MD office, the management is the same. And therein lies the rub."
What don't you like about working at eInstruction?
"The lack of respect management showed for any employee that wasn't an executive. They were sneaky, shady, and untrustworthy. The 'leaders' they chose were not of the proper caliber, save one of the GTCO side. Poor management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As stated by others, treat your employees well, and they will want to do a bang up job for you. Do things like put workers on furlough and make other superfluous purchases, eliminate office cleaning so the place gets a mouse problem and smells dirty, outsource production and sell a inferior product that we are no longer proud to sell... just to name a few.... and you get what you have - an unhappy work staff. Poor moral. High turnover."

"Since it was a new organization I was able to create a concept or idea and manage the execution of them."

"Bring a creative and innovative outlook since you will be heavily relied on to execute and implement and changes neccessary."

"The lack of leadership direction and communication to ensure that we as a group were all on the same page on the Company's overall objectives."

"Understanding the front line business that overall impacted our revenue and bad debt."

"The freedom when selling and working as well as the employees and bosses I worked with."

"Make sure that you get all of the facts before accepting the position."
What don't you like about working at Jasper Contractors?
"The long hours, working 6 days a week or 7 if you include all the paperwork we had to do on our day off. The compensation wasn't great for the amount of work we put in! The fact that they make you travel everywhere in the country at the drop of a hat. The fact that they don't promote very well or keep their sales reps for very long before hiring new ones again."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion for management would be to understand that everyone is not going to buy and that sometimes sales quotas are down for that reason only and not because the sales reps aren't trying everything they can to get sales."

"It was in my home town, great commute to and from work."

"Be aware that the majority of their clientele are tattoo and piercing shops."

"The clientele of the body jewelry industry are very different from speaking to someone in an IT capacity"

"To not make weekly sales totals by the account managers public knowledge. This should be between the rep and the management"

"There was true two way communication. The management team would listen to suggestions and incorporate them in any solution to a issue or problem in doing my job."

"Be honest and true to your word. Integrity is valued very highly there."

"The commute is the only thing I could say here and even then it was only 11 miles."

"Return to their old go to market strategy and hire me back."

"The pace of the work was too slow and too academic. I am used to a more competitive environment in a faster paced business enevironment."

"I didn't like the immaturity of management. Managers undercutting eachother and stabbing eachother in the back; Micromanagers; HawaiI branch in known for high turnover and constructive discharge."

"Provide more technical training; On site management needs to display integrity and maturity."

"There benefits and profit sharing plans are really good for a lrage company"

"Make sure you ask a lot of questions and don't beat around the bush. They will make it sound like your advancement is based off your skills and contributions, but its really all office politics"

"Office hours, working Saturdays, the way people lay the guilt on you if you are away from your desk for a while, the pay, the career path (lack thereof)"

"I would treat employees better and constantly be looking for EMPLOYEE feedback on the culture and how to become a more progressive/happy workplace"
