"I can't think of anything. If I need to supply an answer it would have been the challenge of being patient in association with the beginning stages of our product cycle, never knowing if your company's product will fail or succeed."

"Keep striving forward! I understand no work environment is perfect, but you guys made a great effort!"

"Build processes to reduce waste in doing business with customers. Avoid throwing people at problems. Solve problems. Addres quality issues."

What do you like about working at Century Marketing?
"The owners are incredibly sweet people that have fostered a warm and loving environment. They are hands off and that has led to some of the conflicts and issues they have now."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company is a great company. It is just heading in a bad direction. In my opinion, I would wait a while (9/2012 as of this writing) and wait for the management team that is there to be terminated before I would apply there."
What don't you like about working at Century Marketing?
"The current management team is running the company into the ground and are taking the results of bad business plans out on the employees."

"They need to take the last five years of data they have available and actually apply it to the business model they are developing."
