"Don't have the sleezy President manage the company. Implement a human resources department, offer staff training and development and some type of incentive plan, stop hiring family and friends as they are draining company resourcesl"

"Keep things positive and don't let the tail wag the dog. As a distributor of products from 1200 suppliers, many times the suppliers call the shots, not the customers."

"Understand your market before you decide on this job. I transfered to a different market and did not research and I have paided for it."

"support from corporate, makes it tough to get dealers money and when you hold up money you lose dealers."

"Stream line the funding and verification process to release funds fast to create a long lasting relationship with clients"

"I enjoyed performing the job functions I was hired to do when I was able to perform them."

"The owner/boss was unable to delegate responsibility of existing clients/accounts to others, though constantly requested/assigned employees to do so. As soon as I or another employee began to build a relationship, the boss/owner would take back the account."

"Owner needs to learn to delegate responsiblity so that he can be as effective as he would like."
