"Not much...this is a top down culture that does not value their employees."

"I'd really think long and hard before tying my wagon to this group. They just don't seem to get it."
What don't you like about working at Masco Corp.?
"Arrogance, intimidation instead of leadership from lightweight regional managers like Lee Phillips.. Whoever made this decision to place this guy at the helm of a sales staff is indicative of just how dysfunctional this company is."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Come to terms with the fact that the problems you are experiencing are initiated from the top. You have a bad habit of treating your sales staff with DISDAIN. Promoting a love / hate relationship with your sales force is demotivating and making you easily out maneuverable by the competition."

"They products, services and vision of the company make being a part very satisfying. Because I get to work with great production staff the knowledge they share is extremely helpful. The are always thinking outside the box."

"Bryan talks a lot! He's a great boss though. You had better be great at the position you are applying for."

"I am not always given marketing material. Sometimes I have to produce it myself."

"Nothing really. The only thing that would help is to have a local area Adwords campaign or two."

"Understand the Industry, read articles, get involved in the market, and get your real estate license."

"The income potential, It was poor, and as #1 in the company while working in multiple departments it topped out at about $35k."

"Hire an actual Sales Manager who understands how to lead and manage a sales force."

"Not stable, not sales centric. well intentioned but don't understand what it means to focus on the customer."

"Be consistent and maintain open communication. A few folks are way too political"

"I would tell them to look around more at other opportunities. While the work load is manageable, it may not be what you are looking for in terms of a challenging environment."
