"You're better off going somewhere else. Even if you're desperate and get hired here, keep looking."
What don't you like about working at Burt-Burnett?
"The owner is a chronic alcoholic and needs to get professional help. No order, no freedom to make decisions, the pink elephants in the room are the boss and his psychotic daughter. Constant filthy language, jokes, pictures being sent around, racism is openly joked about. The owner/boss drinks on his lunch hour almost daily, comes in hung over, comes in drunk in the afternoon and calls in late in the afternoon for rides home from the bar."

"Allow the operations manager to run the company. Admit yourself into a treatment center. You need help."

"This company has a very admirable partner group. They do have a good process and look for top talent which doesn't have to be within the industry. Have examples of how you are able to provide solutions and drive change."
