"Don't do it... promises are made with no follow through."

"The owner... Very awkward to deal with. He needs to brush up on his Sales skills because his are extremely outdated. He is highly impulsive and does not think before he speaks and does not think of the potential reprecussions of his actions. He can be extremely demeaning along with manipulative. Once a sales rep has reached a certain amount for an annual salary, he begins to change the commission structure and removing accounts from your book of business and adding ones that have not been active in years. This is a small business, changes need to be made. The owner has to be willing to invest more money to make more money. He should reinvest into his business ratther than into his personal life. He should also be out in the community promoting his business instead of going MIA for hours and hours at a time....STAY AWAY"

"As a male, your opportunity for advancement is limited because of Coke's desire to have women and minorities in management, even if they are not qualified. Too worried about stakeholders and forget the people making the success happen."

"Many knowledgeable co-workers and the opportunity for learning and contribution. The company does many things right and there are many excellent products, services, technology and business offers available for customers. There are many highly competent managers here who are true leaders."

"Keep a positive mental attitude, be yourself and open and flexible."
What don't you like about working at Air Liquide?
"A very few managers habitually lie to employees, engage in unethical behavior and are a real drag to the company's performance. There is a distinct culture of micromanagement present and employees are directed to not speak up about anything. Sales staff and sales management is regularly churned and management will do anything to make their numbers. Sometimes customer satisfaction seems a distant priority."

"Weed out the manager wannabes, posers and those who are primarily office politicians."

"Hire unprofessional managers. Lie to customers about products and services. Promoted negative employees. Customers are were sometimes fraudulent."

"Encourage honest and good sales practices. Promote good hard working professional who are enthusiastic. Sue customers for stealing merchandise. Leave personal problems at home. Business model in terms of products is good for renting offer discount option to buy price as a customer incentive. Think long range growth for profits instead of sinister short term profit making short-cuts currently being used. Allow mistakes without usually requiring a write up for employee let them correct problems."

What do you like about working at Edmentum?
"Your fellow co-workers and direct support management are amazing. Most people here based on the former company of Archipelago are completely committed to both their customers and co workers. The culture since Plato took over is like working in a prison. They have no regard for either their customers or employees. Upper management is completely detached, arrogant, micro-managing and hostile. Employee morale is at an all-time low and employee turnover an all-time high. Seriously, do not take a job with them unless you are at risk for becoming homeless. A job at a fast food restaurant would provide greater job satisfaction, pay and happiness!"

"Yes I do and can sum it up very simply: DON'T."
What don't you like about working at Edmentum?
"Everything-if you value working at a company that disrespects both its employees and customers, then this is the job for you. Dealing with unprecedented state budget cuts-perfect! Let's institute a 45% price increase across the board and not tell our employees about it....also lets add on a $200 training session that no customer is interested in and hope that the PO comes in without the school noticing - yup, that's the wisdom and concern of upper management towards redefining the 21st century classroom. What a complete joke."

"Stop micromanaging everyone. Get rid of abusive general and service center managers."

"Focus on a team environment rather than cut-throat, out-for-yourself-only sales environment.I joined with a team of about 10 people to go through training together so it was really easy to feel like a part of the company culture.For the most part the clients are pleasant to deal with, and usually the sales cycle is pretty short.Good bonus programs throughout the year, and better benefits than a lot of places these days."

"Interviewing for the sales/biz dev department, don't be afraid to sell yourself. Definitely take your time to do your research on the company too."

"End of month is the busiest time for sales teams there and sometimes the environment can get a little stressed."

"Since about January 2013 they made some changes at the management/executive level that have really helped, at least in the HQ office, so hopefully those will stay in place."
