"My coworkers are phenomenal, and working for a Fortune 500 company is good for a résumé. Opportunities for growth are abundant."

"Look at a career with AT&T as springboard, not a long-term stop."

"There is no incentive for loyalty. The promotion track is there, but external employees receive substantially greater compensation than internal candidates. Promotions are often given based on longevity rather than performance."

"Be more open to criticism. Enable employees to make decisions and have the ability to initiate and influence change, rather than have them simply be employees. Engage employees and be open to discussions, rather than closed off."

"Be prepared for unruly and uncompromising truck drivers and clients that will make changes at 2 AM after the truck has picked up freight."

"The high stress levels. Freight brokering is a 24/7 highly intense process that causes burnout."

"A method for stress relief to keep Account Managers from burnout."

"Not much to like other than a job in this crummy economy"

"You must sign a non compete agreement, you sit in CONSTANT teleconferences, you have no control over pricing to customers, you are not allowed to make any major decisions and your accounts are not protected. The amount of reporting here is staggering...oh and you're expected to sell as well while doing all this. You are paid a commission based on profit but the company taxes the profit and doesn't pay you for all of it. You don't get a company car and their mileage rate doesn't cover your costs."

"Micromanagement, reams of spreadsheets, lists and neverending email work cause you have no help"

"Stop asking for target lists every week based on a whim, ease up on paperwork or you'll see many people jumping ship when companies start hiring again"

"Infor is a strong and growing company. The senior management team understands how the market works is adapting to the current business environment."

"Be honest and realize that that this company is looking to go IPO in the next year or two."

"As an Account Manager, there are some limitations placed on working with clients and dollar thresholds on deal sizes."

"By removing the limits on working with customers and deal sizes there will be more in the way of opportunities for the company."
