"Nice location in NE Minneapolis. Flexible work schedule. Very easy to get a job, interview process is simple."

"It is extremely easy to get a job, they are constantly trying to replace employees that have left or been fired."

What don't you like about working at DC Group?

"Zero Training. Shockingly high turnover rate. Grueling 24X7 On-Call schedule. Leadership is a joke, CEO inherited position from father.Morally questionable company. Extremely low pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Resign and let real professionals take over. The company desperately needs to be infused with some legitimate business knowledge."
