"Many knowledgeable co-workers and the opportunity for learning and contribution. The company does many things right and there are many excellent products, services, technology and business offers available for customers. There are many highly competent managers here who are true leaders."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Keep a positive mental attitude, be yourself and open and flexible."

What don't you like about working at Air Liquide?

"A very few managers habitually lie to employees, engage in unethical behavior and are a real drag to the company's performance. There is a distinct culture of micromanagement present and employees are directed to not speak up about anything. Sales staff and sales management is regularly churned and management will do anything to make their numbers. Sometimes customer satisfaction seems a distant priority."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Weed out the manager wannabes, posers and those who are primarily office politicians."
