"I love building strong relationships with my customers to the point were you get comfortable enough to start asking for the business. I enjoy not being micro managed and sitting behind a cubicle for eight hours doing the same repetitious work. I also love that everyday I have a new objective in order to grow the business. What I hate about being an account manager is that sometimes the customer takes it out on you because a delivery or setup wasn't done on time. Every problem is an opportunity."

"I love being able to see instantly on your paycheck when things are going well. I don't know of any other place that someone right out of school can be tracking to make upwards of a $100/k in their 2nd and 3rd year with the company. On the flip side of that, it gets hard when things happen outside of your control. When your sales are down, it can be incredibly frustrating and affects your paychecks."
