"Always got along well with the managers and my fellow employees. Love the work I have done witth sales in the information technology verticle. The companies I worked with are top of the game - Samsung, Microsoft, Compuware, Sprint."

What don't you like about working at Rainmaker Systems?
"Rainmaker is a marketin firm and we were moved from account to account. Which is great but we had to Move cubicles about every two months or so."

"Give the employees an option of more sales and technical training."

"The people that work there are fun, but I was there 2 years and lost count at 40+ that left while I was there. There are only 50 people that work for the company!!!"

"Do not work here, they hire 6 people every month. Someone quits or get fired every week. They will tell you that you will make 100k in 2 years, complete fabrication."

"Place is just a call center, they will tell you that you are an account manager. Compensation plan is a joke, people have left the company owing them money...pure slavery."

"Nothing really, was a waste of my life. Most unfulfilling nonsense ever"

"Stay away, nobody likes a snake oil salesman. Have respect for yourself and please avoid."

"Terrible place to work. You Spend all day making business to business cold calls. Get used to hearing go away, not interested, no soliciting, I'm calling the police, stop bothering us. Not a profession, but rather a leeche to society in general working for a place like this. The pay isn't very good to boot. $25,000 base and the hours are long, annoying and extremely unfulfilling. Would rather dig ditches for a living, it would be more repspectable than wasting ones life as a copier salesman."

"Management is not surprised or too concerned with the high turnover rate since a generic staffing agency takes care of keeping warm bodies in the interview chair"

"They have gone thru 2 sales business execs since I was let go, so they need to look deeper into why this is happening."

"When Boise purchased OMAX, culture changed and layoffs were every year for the last 4 years, uncertainty on jobs and promotions...not a good feeling..."

"Treat veterans with some respect especially when they are exceeding their quotas and some DSM's do not do that."
