"Although it's been a relatively short tenure, I don't believe that my skills will be used to their full capacity. I miss the comraderie of working within an office with my colleagues."

"My mantra in management has always been - I work for the employees that report to me so that they can get their tasks done effectively and efficiently. Ensure that all employees are trained, have the right tools, and opportunities to grow their career."

"We have a great team, except there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. I make a great Indian when it is needed, and a great leader when it is needed. They like us all to take leading roles on various calls, which can create challenging situations with our clients."

"The Company is very entrepreneurial and its fast paced. You will get to learn a ton. The company has a very high bar to hire the best talent, which makes it very difficult for people that are not passionate and quick on their feet. The culture at 360training.com really fits my personality and I feel like I am being rewarded appropriately- I love my job!"

"if you are going to be interviewed for a key or a management position, you will be required to do a 30-60-90 day plan. Make sure you ask a lot of questions to existing people and come up with a plan as if you are within the company and not a generic plan"

"Accountability is not consistent at all levels. Instead of contractors in marketing and ecommerce, we should bring in permanent staff"

"Hire more full time people ( not contractors) in ecommerce and marketing department. We should have brown lunches so that the CEO can hear from the people to make improvements within the organization"

"don't work there if you like your sanity, teamwork is non existent and deals will get stolen from you."

"everything, crm system and management and technology that does not work."

"I would NEVER work from any of them again. I don't understand if any of them would get a job outside of autonomy."

"II like the flexibility in schedule where I do not have an office or manager to report to and my schedule is my own."

"Run the other way!! There are many unhappy employees and lots of turnover as a result. Upper management seems to be concerned wit lining their own pockets as much as possible before the test's patents expire."

"Upper managementcould care less about the challnges faced by their sales force thus giving the impression they would rather we not make any bonus. Alsoa very sexest environment where the men have more opportunities than the women. It seems to be easier for the men to climb the ladder."

"Relentlessly changing business model, metrics, and focus. We would focus on the customer for three months and then on the margin and then on growth. Little consistency. Reliance on numbers rather than what the numbers mean."
