"In sales, 99% of people don't make it, but if you do, the money will be great after about a year.Expect a base of $30k or $36k (dependent on your experience) and cold calling for a solid six months before starting to move on. You'll make a little commission after four months or so, but your base will drop shortly thereafter. You won't see good money for around a year. Lots of micro-managing during this time and mixed signals. If you can stomach all of that, you can make over $100k a year.Remember: it's huge sacrifice to get there, and hardly anyone makes it."

"99% of people don't make it. It's a mix between quitting and getting fired, but most don't get passed three months. It realistically entails a minimum of six months of cold-calling before that starts to taper off, a pay drop, and a year before starting to actually make money. That is, if you can survive the micro-managing, constantly changing expectations and mixed signals. If you can make it past all that, the money's great. This is in the sales department."
What don't you like about working at Einstein Industries?
"Mixed signals, not given honest expectations, not paid enough to survive, cold calling."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide more stability, honesty, integrity, clarity on expectations and work harder to make employees feel valued."
