"Not a great place to work but not the worst."
What do you like about working at Headway?
"They hire kids out of school that are desperate for work. So for the most part you are working with young, fun, people. Not really a select group of young talent, but you get what you pay for."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you really need a job...go for it. But do not make the mistake of thinking this is a career."
What don't you like about working at Headway?
"The work is not demanding and does not require a ton of skill..therefore there is no need for Headway to pay well. If you are looking for a decent salary, look elsewhere."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Good luck finding and keeping good people once the economy turns around. On the other hand, a lot of your employees are stuck because Headway means nothing on a resume."

"I like the amazing attitudes each and every individual person has and the constant positive encouragement. I love my co workers, and management is very supportive."

"Offer more possibilities for growth. I really don't have anything else to say."

"The company is declining. They did not anticipate the market influx and are not in touch with the fashion trends."

"Marry the departments so that the company works more efficiently and they can work as a team Improve overall communication among the various team members. Stay consistent with the message and policies to avoid confusion. Understand the retail business and apply strategies accordingly. Hire an effective design team that can predict the fashion trend and create an innovative product that can be brought to the market place."

"Consolidated Graphics is a good company and being able to sell the entire tool box has it's advantages. They can get nearly anything done for any one."

"Keep in mind that the company is greater than the local Midland facility."

"I have had many sales opportunities lost due to high price points. Sales support has been lacking as well as participation from Senior Management."

"Treat all sales people equily. Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion. Support and back the sales staff when tough decisions need to be made."

What do you like about working at GES Exposition Services?
"Prior to a consolidation the company was thriving and had a true entrepreneurial spirit which was motivating. Post consolidation the environment became stressful and conservative followed by cutting out the progressive can-do departments. It became quite unfortunate of a situation."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Stay away from the marketing department until they have a new SVP - there is no room for growth because there is no set plan in place."
What don't you like about working at GES Exposition Services?
"The EVP's were too removed from our client's needs and would often jump into a project mid-stream to stir the pot and make themselves feel accomplished. We were always more successful without some of their participation; as agreed with some of my clients. This is somewhat common with growing companies that have too much tenure, in my opinion."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Steve Moster, current CEO of GES is a wonderful person and leader at large. I would have enforced his EVP's to have a more clear vision of the organization's goals and mandated individual teams to do the same. Following this, I would also request a 360 review on my EVP 1-2 times a year. I would have also reached out to my client's for some input to the companys direction and balanced this out with the overarching revenue goals."
