"Be open to feedback, and pay your employees more. Get an HR department so people can actually complain about problems without management turning it around on you. And if you paid people more, they would be happier to deal with the constant poor decisions that are being made."

"To contend with trying to figure out how much product, styles, colors and depth of inventory I had to offer."

"Charge higher rates, after telling the clients we would not raise rates. Adding unneccessary fees to clients bills."

"Be more professional, it was run more of a mom and pop shop. The president and VP would talk down to agents and make them feel lower than dirt sometimes. I'm not surprised at all of the sexual harrassment cases they have."

"I like the people at my level that I work with. It is a young company for the most part and I have made some really good friends here. It is a good first job and I feel I have learned a lot. It is simply time to move on."

"It is a basic interview. Be yourself and think your answers through before answering."
What don't you like about working at InterCall?
"The commission structure is not clear. The opportunity for advancement is also not defined and I feel like I could be in my current role for a significant period of time without a promotion. Politics within the company are highly obvious."

"Hold an open forum so the people doing the hard work day in and day out can tell you what they think needs to change and what InterCall is doing right."

What do you like about working at Copy Doctor?
"There's really great support from management. Training is provided to catch you up to speed with the industry."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"New to the industry Hone your selling skills and be ready to move after 6 months. It's a tanking industry. I've been here for roughly half a year and most new hires don't make it after a month. My associate, 20 year experience in the industry, and I are the only two remaining sales rep. They just hired a new guy, but he's such a joke. Lolz. If I was the manager, I would've fired him after the 2nd week."
What don't you like about working at Copy Doctor?
"Company is too small. I can't sell to national accounts and can't compete on a national level. IT can't do things correctly when installing customer's copier system."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I don't really think management can do much since this problem is rising on a national level across the whole nation. I would like more donuts though. Increase commission rate to 30%. hehe :)"

"They have a good product and a good marketing plan. Nobody else does what they do."
