"Outstanding environement to work in, everyone is extremely helpful, strong growing orginization to be a part of. They dedicate a lot of time to training their staff, training you will not find anywhere else. The level of care they show for each of their employees makes it feel like you are part of a large family."

"Be arrogant and you will be hired. Clearly state that day one you want to run the place and they might be impressed."

"Backstabbing, small minded thinking. The culture of fear, constant turn over, constantly getting new manager. Stress. Pressure to measure up to bizarre expectations."

"Get another president. Relax. Just run the company. Dont try to run people off instead focus on keeping good people."

"Too many changes and HR is horrible. You never know if today is your last day. Very dysfunction team dynamics"

"Be honest with people. Stop promising things you can not deliver on. Bring back the 401K and some real benefits."

"Fun coworkers, free products and sometimes free lunches (but it's usually donatos and the company doesnt pay for it, the vendors do)"

"dont believe all of the hype they tell you. dont work there unless you dont plan on being there long. also, they make you sign away your legal rights if you work there, so you cant sue them or work in the industry for a few years. if you stay there long enough to build a book of business, you cant take it with you and will have to start over if you quit. some people have been there for 5+ years and feel like theyre trapped working there forever."

"pay is bad, benefits are bad (only 10 vacation days and NO sick days, so everyone comes in sick and spreads it around the office), everyone who works there is depressed & management only likes you if you suck up. if you complain, (even if its just constructive criticism) they try to get you fired. (unless you sell a lot. then you can keep your job, but dont expect anyone in management to be nice to you ever again.) one time, they showed glengarry glen ross at an all company meeting (the clip where alec baldwin says always be closing at the car dealership) and told us thats how we needed to think and sell. then someone put a sign on the coffee machine that said coffee is for closers."

"listen. stop yelling at people when they tell you something you dont want to hear. admit when you are wrong. or at least pay better and give better benefits to make it bearable. get a real hr department so people can resolve problems without getting made fun of."
