"For the past several years you've really had to fight to get even a cost of living raise. I saw a real drop-off in employee investment. It's a huge company that has probably lost touch with providing benefits. It's all business and no fun."

"Start paying attention to the employees once again."

"This might be a good 2nd, 3rd, or greater company for a person to work at... might be hard for a fresh college graduate to be fully nuanced in the intricacies of established corporate culture like IBM."
