"A great company to work for. Unfortunately, I was hired on as a supplemental employee... basically an in-house temp or internship with little room to grow."

"It's hard to become an employee. Most are contractors or were made full time employees through outsourcing agreements."

"I felt there was not much room to grow."

"Let employees get more training to get better positions within IBM."

"Understand that decisions will come from above, often politics within major corporations get in the way of the job getting done efficiently. Large corporations are doing everything they can to reduce cost and as a result, your job may be at risk."

"Outsourcing jobs overseas creating a loss of jobs here in the states."

"Listen when others have ideas."
