"I enjoyed working with customers. I liked the challenge of taking on issues and seeing them through to resolution."

"Be prepared to make job adjustments at the drop of a hat."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"In the last 4 years several US jobs were being transition overseas. Job security was always in question and our department manager began to change every year."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It would be helpful to have a clear outline of expectations that can be met and measured consistently."
What do you like about working at IBM?
"I loved that this position was not only within the field that I have great passion for, but that I had the ability to work from any location given that it was all online through social media."

"That the position was a contract one year position and not longer."
