"Not the same IBM, they fire 10% of the US workforce every year while hiring overseas to perform the same jobs. I would not recommend anyone to work there, it's just a matter of time before they fire you for no reason. Besides betraying our country, it's a very unimaginative place to work. Management does not allow employees to be creative and think outside the box. No new ideas have ever come out of IBM since the 60's. Work for Apple or Google; they invent things!"

"We are micromanaged to meet metrics which have little bearing on the actual job."

"Bring jobs back to US and restore the focus on people's capabilities."

"Constantly challenged to meet deadlines. Short term project focus can be difficult to achieve unrealistic deadlines."

"Focus on more long term projects that will be disruptively innovative to the industry as a whole and further set apart IBM, not just incremental innovations."

"Flexibility with schedule, benefits are OK when compared to others."

"Pick somewhere else. This is not a company that cares about its employees."

"No growth opportunity, low income potential, antiquated and obsolete technology usage."
