"I was fortunate to have a great Manager. She helped pushed me to become an over achiever. I was able to set a career path that what help me excel in banking."

"The vast amount of lending and product skills acquired in different assignments. In addition, it provided a foundation in formulating my leadership skills needed to work with other Business Development Officers and outside referral sources."

"Lack of a set strategic plan or department objective. Often times, the plan was modified without notifying middle managers so that they could effective communicate changes."

"Working in the Fraud Department we seen a lot of different fraud pattern which was very helpful because I got the opportunity to educate my customers as well as my friends and family. I worked with the locate law enforcement and got to meet some pretty important people."

"I was wrapped into my job that I spent way too much time at work when I needed to be at home on my off days. I worked a lot of hours because I really loved what I did but I ended up burning myself out before I could stop."

"My suggestion for maanagment is to give me the opporunity to work with this company. I am a very fast learner and I love learning new things."
